PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW!!

• Exhibitors in 4-H\FFA can only make online entries in projects they enrolled in by March 1, 2024. REMEMBER TO SELECT YOUR CLUB OR CHAPTER AFTER YOU SELECT EACH LOT NUMBER IN EVERY PROJECT!
• To exhibit at the 2024 Rock County 4-H Fair ALL entries must be submitted and paid online by June 1, 2024. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cash loaded card ONLY.
• An entry (recycle) fee of $5.00 will be automatically added to each exhibitor as well as a processing fee of $3.00.
• There is a $1.00 fee for every animal entry.
• Please have the 2024 Rock County 4-H Premium Book with you when you make your online entries. Be sure to follow all department, class and lot number entry rules and limits.
• MARKET ANIMAL ENTRIES - You can only enter 2 MARKET ANIMALS IN EACH SPECIES and they need to be entered in 2 different lot numbers/breeds. (i.e. if you tagged 6 market animals you can only MAKE AN ENTRY FOR 2 of those market animals. If you decide to bring a different breed than you entered, you can change the breed at weigh in as long as the animal is one of your pre-tagged animals.)
• ***FUR AND FEATHER SALE PARTICIPANTS*** - You are required to make your sale entries under the Fur & Feather Class in Poultry, Rabbits or Goats to participate in the sale.
• CHECK ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO MAKE SURE ALL ENTRIES ARE CORRECT!!! YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 EMAILS, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN ENTRIES ARE SUBMITTED AND A FINAL EMAIL WHEN ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED. KEEP THESE EMAILS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
